Concept Paper
(form of RSSICAWE 2026)
Artwork Images for the exhibition catalog, in 16:9 aspect ratio, minimum resolution of 720p (horizontal orientation), 3–5 images per artwork.
Artist Portrait in 4:3 aspect ratio, minimum resolution of 720p (vertical orientation).
Exhibition Requirements
Artwork Format Two or three dimensional works with a minimum size of 60 × 80 cm and not exceeding 100 × 100 cm.
Note: Works that involve raw materials or synthetic material inventions are exempted from this requirement.
Authenticity and Intellectual Property
All creative works exhibited must be original, authentic, and free from plagiarism or copyright infringement. The work must be the artist’s own creation, produced specifically for this exhibition under the concept “The New World of Arts.”
If the work has been previously exhibited or published, it must be revised or developed by at least 50% from its previous version, aligning with the current exhibition’s concept. Further information and submission details can be found via the official event page

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from publication and exhibition. The organizer reserves the right not to refund any registration or publication fees under any circumstances.
Quality Levels of Creative Works
Level B
Works demonstrating strong creative quality, where the artist can clearly explain the principles, concepts, processes, and techniques used. The work should reflect the artist’s ability to analyze, synthesize, and conclude ideas effectively, showing academic advancement in the relevant field of art and its potential impact on individuals or organizations.
Level A
In addition to meeting all criteria of Level B, Level A works must serve as exemplary models with significant academic contributions to the field of creative arts and education.
- The work demonstrates in-depth analysis and synthesis, producing new knowledge that advances beyond existing studies or creations.
- It provides substantial academic or societal benefits, influencing individuals, organizations, communities, or society at large, or has been patented, widely referenced, and recognized at the national or international level.
Level A+
Meeting all criteria of Level A, Level A+ works must generate new knowledge or innovation in the respective field of creative arts and education
- The work represents a pioneering contribution with profound analysis and synthesis, leading to the creation of new paradigms or methodologies with wide applicability, significant impact, or verifiable use of patents.
- The work is widely recognized and cited internationally within academic or professional communities.
