Remarks

Authors will be notified of payment instructions for the publication fee only after their submissions have passed the initial screening for accuracy, completeness, and preliminary quality assessment conducted by the panel of experts.
Under no circumstances should authors make payment prior to receiving an official confirmation of acceptance for preliminary review.
If payment is made before such confirmation and the work fails to pass the preliminary assessment, the organizing committee will not be able to issue any refund of the publication fee.

In cases where a submission fails the expert evaluation, or is found to involve plagiarism, duplicate submission, or other forms of misconduct resulting in its withdrawal or suspension for further investigation, the organizing committee reserves the right not to refund any fees under all circumstances.

The registration fee covers publication in the Exhibition Catalog and participation in the physical exhibition, as well as publication in the Proceedings of the Creative Arts and Design Conference. It also includes lunch and refreshments during the official program.
However, it does not include additional activities or services beyond those specified by the organizers.

In the event of no-show attendance or failure to provide proof of payment, no refund of the registration fee will be granted for any reason whatsoever.

For works with multiple authors, only one official receipt will be issued—either listing all authors’ names or indicating the representative author as specified in the payment system.

The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
